  • Chris Jackman is the Founder and Head Coach of PWR Performance Coaching, where he leads a team focused on intelligent training, long-term performance, and sustainable results. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in biomechanics and athletics, Chris specializes in helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, and regain confidence in their bodies. His coaching approach blends evidence-based programming, precise technique, and individualized progression—ensuring each client trains in a way that fits their body, goals, and lifestyle. Chris has worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals returning to sport after injury to beginners seeking structure and guidance in the gym. Regardless of starting point, his focus remains the same: building resilient, capable bodies through smart training and consistent habits. As Head Coach, Chris oversees programming standards across PWR Performance Coaching, ensuring every client receives thoughtful, high-quality coaching rooted in performance and longevity.

Performance Coach

  • Hanan is a Performance Coach at PWR Performance Coaching with experience training over 500 clients across a wide range of fitness levels and backgrounds. His coaching style emphasizes consistency, intelligent conditioning, and sustainable habits that support long-term progress. With a background in strength training, kettlebells, wrestling, and athletic conditioning, Hanan helps clients build strength, improve work capacity, and develop confidence through structured, purposeful training. Hanan is known for creating a supportive but challenging training environment, where clients are encouraged to push their limits while maintaining proper technique and movement quality. Whether working with beginners or experienced trainees, his goal is to help each client develop the physical capacity and discipline needed to perform better both inside and outside the gym.

Rebecca Wiebe

Bodybuilding & Performance Coach

  • Rebecca is a performance coach specializing in physique development, strength training, and movement quality. A mom of two and competitive bikini athlete, she brings firsthand experience navigating strength training through pregnancy, competition prep, and long-term physique development. Rebecca blends strength training, calisthenics, and mobility to help clients build bodies that look strong, move well, and perform with confidence.

Emily Smith, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Care Philosophy: Restore movement, reduce pain, and support recovery through targeted hands-on care.

  • Emily is a Registered Massage Therapist at PWR Performance Coaching with over 10 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of clients, from athletes and active individuals to prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric populations. Her approach combines hands-on manual therapy with a strong understanding of movement, pain management, and tissue health. Emily utilizes techniques including deep tissue massage, fascial therapy, trigger point therapy, movement-based treatment, and Swedish massage to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall function. Emily has completed additional training in low back, pelvic, and hip assessment and treatment, as well as exercise-related pain management. She works closely with the PWR coaching team to support clients through injury rehabilitation, performance recovery, and stress management, helping them move and feel better both inside and outside the gym.
